Vehicle Information: Details about vehicles you list, including registration documents, insurance information, images, and specifications
Communications: Records of your communications with BookMe and with customers through our platform

When you use our vendor portal, we automatically collect:
Usage Data: Login times, actions taken within the vendor portal, and interaction with features
Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
Location Information: General location based on IP address and precise location if you opt to share it for location-based services

We use vendor information for the following purposes:
Platform Operations: To verify your identity, register you as a vendor, list your vehicles, and facilitate bookings

Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format
Deletion: You can request deletion of your vendor account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements

Marketing Communications: You can opt out of marketing communications while continuing to receive operational notifications
