3. User Accounts

To use certain features of BookMe, you must create an account. You agree to:

Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Eligibility

4. Booking and Rental Terms
4.1 Booking Process
When you make a booking through BookMe:
You enter into a direct rental agreement with the vendor
BookMe acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction

4.2 Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle, you must:
Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year
Meet the minimum age requirements (typically 21 years)
Provide a valid credit card for security deposit
Present required identification documents at pickup
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
4.3 Vehicle Use
You agree to:

5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total booking amount and any additional fees.
